The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible, with others, for the operations of an investor relations team for a number of Asia based hedge fund and private equity clients.

Duties

Fund Administrations Services

  • Completing initial AML checks & CDD review for fund clients and fund investors in accordance with Trident Dubai Compliance and Onboarding Policies
  • Liaising with Senior Fund Administrator in Dubai on investor queries, KYC and Onboarding
  • Drafting of Risk Assessment, Client Classification & Subscription Authorisation Forms
  • Assist in annual/ongoing investor and fund client file reviews
  • Assisting in preparation of updated investor registers
  • Liaising directly with investors and clients for follow up of required documentation where appropriate/approved

Payment Management Services

  • Input and approval (where applicable) of online banking payments
  • Ensuring payments are processed accurately and within appropriate cut off times
  • Liaising with the Compliance team to ensure payments are compliant as per appropriate AML Regulation
  • Perform call-backs on manual instructions as required
  • Ensuring good control and compliance to corporate policies and regulatory requirements which are relevant to Cash Operations
  • Risk Management local focus on controls, manual processing, and completion of checklists to mitigate risks

Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar position with a Fund Administrator, Trust Company, or Corporate Service provider
  • ACAMS or ICA qualification preferred Knowledge of FATCA and CRS reporting preferred
  • Exposure to UAE AML regimes preferred
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Ability to communicate well and effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience
  • Build and maintain close and effective working relationships
  • Vigilant and accurate in their work Driven and motivated
  • Affinity with systems and digital platforms
  • Has initiative, commitment to quality service and can work independently with a can do attitude

Remuneration
