Job Description

The Compliance Officer (Project-based) is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of regulatory and documentary requirements related to business operations and projects. The role coordinates with government agencies such as BOI and DTI, as well as internal teams and external stakeholders, to secure necessary permits, registrations, and approvals in support of business and project execution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and coordinate regulatory requirements with government agencies such as BOI, DTI, and other relevant offices
  • Prepare, organize, and submit documentary requirements for permits, registrations, and compliance approvals
  • Monitor and follow up on the status of applications, permits, and submissions with external agencies
  • Coordinate with internal departments to secure complete and accurate documentation requirements
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, consultants, and service providers to facilitate compliance processes
  • Ensure timely completion of all regulatory requirements within set deadlines
  • Maintain proper filing, tracking, and documentation of all compliance-related records
  • Escalate issues, risks, or delays affecting compliance timelines to immediate superior
  • Perform other related administrative and compliance tasks as may be assigned

QUALIFICATION GUIDES

  • Experience in government processing, regulatory compliance, permits, or documentation work is an advantage
  • Strong coordination and follow-through skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and persistent in handling requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with internal teams and external government agencies
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in documentation
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Can work with minimal supervision
