Job Summary
Support the Head of Regulatory Compliance in implementing the Bank's compliance program by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating regulatory risks, particularly those related-to-Related Party Transactions (RPT). The role helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate new or updated regulations and provide regulatory guidance to business and support units.
- Assess regulatory developments and report potential compliance risks and impacts.
- Support the preparation of internal and external compliance reports and presentations for Management, Board, and relevant committees.
- Coordinate with business units to monitor compliance, address findings, and strengthen controls.
- Collaborate with the Independent Compliance Testing Unit on regulatory testing and monitoring.
- Assist in coordinating regulatory examinations and responding to regulator queries and requirements.
- Monitor implementation of the Bank's Related Party Transactions Policy.
- Administer the Related Party System (RPS) and support related training and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Experience in Related Party Transactions.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess regulatory impact and risk.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
