Role:
1. Prepare, file, and remit documents and payments to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SEC, LGUs, and other relevant government offices.
2. Handle registrations of new businesses, closure of establishments, and renewal of licenses and permits.
3. Process applications for BIR Certificate of Registration (COR), Authority to Print (ATP), Books of Accounts, and other compliance requirements.
4. Monitor due dates and ensure timely filing and submission of required reports and payments.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information.
6. Represent the company in visits to government offices and ensure smooth processing of transactions.
7. Maintain complete and organized records of all compliance activities.
8. Build and maintain good working relationships with government agency personnel.
9. Provide regular updates and escalate urgent issues as needed.
10. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that affect compliance requirements.
