Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer shall be responsible for ensuring that all functional groups, departments, offices, and units in SLMC are incompliance with the regulatory compliance requirements; that company policies, rules, and procedures, and guidelines are being followed; that behavior in the organization meets the company's standards of conduct; and serves as a conduit to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation, resolution, and implementation of learning.

Job Description:

• Draft opinions, correspondences, and advisories addressing compliance, privacy, legal, audit, and risk matters.
• Research and prepare reports on latest rules and regulations of administrative agencies.
• Support the organization's lawyers in compliance and privacy functions and special projects.
• Organize documents related to compliance and privacy.
• Coordinate with and/or appear before different government agencies.

Job Requirement:

• At least three (3) years work experience in compliance, privacy, legal, audit, risk, or related fields.
• Graduate of a four-year course of Bachelor of Laws.
• Computer Literate (MS Office Applications)
• Above average interpersonal skills, able to interact with people from different backgrounds.
• Excellent formal writing and verbal communication skills.
• Resourcefulness in online research.
• Attentive to details and organized.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with government agencies.

Work Set-up:

• Onsite
• Day Shift; Monday - Friday
• Willing to work in Quezon City & Global City
