Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of Risk, Resilience, and Compliance (RRC) programs.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and strategic guidance to the team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement annual work plans , including defined performance metrics for the RRC function.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk, resilience, and compliance programs.
  • Drive policy and procedure enhancements , ensuring alignment with regulatory and certification requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks , including maintaining and updating the Risk Register and Risk Appetite Statement .
  • Lead periodic risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are effectively implemented.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) .
  • Conduct resilience drills and tabletop exercises , ensuring proper documentation of results and action plans.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for emergency response and crisis management .
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
  • Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and incident reports.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external audits , ensuring timely closure of findings.
  • Prepare and present management reports on risk exposure, compliance status, and resilience initiatives.
  • Conduct or coordinate RRC-related training programs for employees.
  • Develop and roll out awareness materials on risk, resilience, and compliance topics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
    • Compliance
    • Risk Management
    • Internal Audit
    • Regulatory Affairs
  • Proven experience in:
    • Developing and implementing compliance programs
    • Establishing and monitoring internal controls
