What we're looking for
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably CPA/CMA
- With at least 5 years of experience as a compliance officer
- Experienced in inventory and warehouse management
- Highly engaged and driven to lead initiatives to improve overall control and policy compliance within the business unit
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in promoting financial discipline and accountability in guarding the company resources
- Passionate in driving ideas to execution once aligned with key stakeholders
What you'll be doing
- Work closely with Supply Chain team in heightening the controls on inventory and warehouse management
- Ensure statutory requirements and financial discipline are followed to heighten the controls in a fast-growing business unit
- Serves as BU internal check to ensure audit points are flagged before they are escalated as findings
- Work closely with the Dairy Finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and existing control procedures
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance Team for changes that may impact other BUs to streamline Dairy closing process
- Focal on overall compliance to the procedures to ensure assets are guarded including but not limited to inventory count and fixed asset count.
