Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant

Experience Required:

Minimum 38 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, including ACT module.

Proven experience in Configuration, Architecture and Interfaces.

Prior experience leading end-to-end ACT implementations.

Certifications:

PT101, PT102, and ACT certifications (mandatory).

Additional certifications like CT103, CT104, or Workforce Time Interfaces are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

ACT Module Implementation:

Lead the Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT) phase from design to delivery.

Gather and document ACT-specific functional requirements.

Configure and customize ACT settings based on client needs.

Lead and manage ACT testing and validation processes.

Technical Leadership:

Guide the Workforce Software ACT technical team.

Oversee system configuration, data mapping, and integration with HRIS, payroll, and ERP systems.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Interface Development & Integration:

Design and develop interfaces using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.

Ensure seamless data flow between ACT and external systems.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of interfaces.

Client Engagement & Support:

Provide training and support to client teams.

Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve ACT-related issues.
