Role Description

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tax reporting and filing in accordance with national and local tax regulations. This role involves preparing tax returns, monitoring tax payments, managing compliance with select government agencies (e.g., BIR and SEC), and supporting internal and external audits. The Compliance Manager also provides tax planning advice and supports management in minimizing tax risks and optimizing tax efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be an Accounting Graduate (Accountancy, Management Graduate)
• State University is preferred.
• Work experience should be handling tax accounting or liaison for BIR
• Must have at least 2-year work experience
• Required to be CPA
