Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and gap analyses across departments.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports.
  • Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory roles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance monitoring tools.
