Role Overview
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing all permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements for both infrastructure projects and overall business operations. This role ensures that project execution is not delayed due to missing documentation while also maintaining the company's compliance with government, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
The position requires someone experienced in handling telco permits, LGU coordination, and business compliance processes, capable of managing documentation workflows, monitoring regulatory requirements, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process LGU permits, building admin approvals, and telco-related requirements for project deployments
- Handle right-of-way, access permits, and site clearances for installations
- Prepare, submit, and track all project-related compliance documentation
- Ensure completeness and timely processing of business permits, renewals, and regulatory filings
- Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, property managers, and telco partners
- Maintain centralized trackers for permits, licenses, and compliance requirements
- Monitor deadlines for business registrations, renewals, and regulatory submissions
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents
- Proactively follow up on approvals and escalate delays when necessary
- Align with the IT Project Manager on project-related priorities and timelines

- Zero project delays caused by missing permits or documentation
- Timely completion of business permits, renewals, and regulatory requirements
- Complete and accurate compliance tracking across projects and operations
- Strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in permits, compliance, or government liaison roles
- Experience handling telco, construction, or infrastructure-related permits
- Exposure to business compliance, regulatory filings, or administrative processes
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Good coordination and documentation skills
Preferably But Not Required
- OFAT, BOSH, or COSH certification
- Experience working with LGUs, government agencies, or property/building management
- Background in telecom, ISP, or infrastructure environments
