The Role

As a Compliance Associate, you will handle the day-to-day tasks necessary to keep our operations secure and fully aligned with regulatory standards. You will:

• Monitor & Review: Oversee daily processes and review transaction documents to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Analyze Risk: Act as a financial detective, assessing potential compliance risks and spotting unusual patterns.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Clearly convey your findings and compliance insights to relevant stakeholders and team members.
• Innovate: Utilize modern software and AI-driven tools to improve how we detect and manage risk.

What We're Looking For

• Experience Level: Early career professional or highly motivated fresh graduate eager to learn.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Law, Technology, or a related field).
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving mysteries, looking beyond the obvious, and piecing together puzzles.
• Detail-Oriented: You have excellent organizational skills and take pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Strong Communicator: Proficient in conveying complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and interested in emerging technologies (like AI).
