Compliance Administrator (₱28,000 | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid (Onsite once a week) | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM | Monday–Friday

You own compliance-related administrative outputs, ensuring job postings, documentation, and roster updates are accurate and aligned with defined standards. Your work supports a client-facing offshore setup where consistency and adherence to guidelines directly impact operational reliability.

In this role, you operate within structured processes, managing uploads, document attachments, and system updates while following strict requirements. This role suits individuals who prefer clear instructions, defined outputs, and accountability for accuracy within established workflows.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Proven experience in compliance, administrative operations, or audit-related roles

• Exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, or audit processes in a structured environment

• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting, and documentation tracking

• Willingness to work a fixed day shift and report onsite in Cebu City once a week

STRONG SIGNALS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Background in environments with strict compliance, audit, or documentation standards (e.g., healthcare, finance, BPO, or regulated industries)

• Experience working in offshore or client-facing delivery setups with defined scopes and outputs

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Compliance Data & Job Posting Management

You ensure all job-related data is uploaded, documented, and maintained accurately across platforms.

• Upload job adverts to designated systems

• Attach and organize required compliance documents

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of job-related records

Roster & Data Updates

You maintain updated workforce and operational data to ensure alignment with current requirements.

• Update rosters and records based on ad hoc requests

• Track and reflect changes in internal systems

• Ensure consistency across data sources

Third-Party Platform Management

You manage data inputs and updates within external systems aligned with client processes.

• Handle Signal Hire projects and related data updates

• Ensure correct data mapping and completeness

• Follow platform-specific compliance standards

Administrative Compliance Execution

You execute routine tasks that support compliance workflows and operational continuity.

• Prepare and send job mailers

• Complete assigned administrative tasks within defined timelines

• Follow structured guidelines and escalation protocols
