Compensation Finance, within CFO, is responsible for Group-wide compensation planning, forecasting and analysis as well as the month end closure and the accurate financial reporting of compensation and benefits.
Your role provides critical review of risks and enforces financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency in management and financial reporting. You will be performing cost calculations, bookings, accounts payable processing, reconciliation and reporting in the field of Compensation and Benefits, ensuring that controls are effectively performed. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role. Your role will help hone your stakeholder management skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Front and Middle Office, Country Finance teams, Operations and other support functions.

Your key responsibilities
Control the Cash Bonus lines of the financials for a group of legal entities
Run monthly control activities including but not limited to P&L and Balance sheet reconciliations
Investigate and resolve breaks and other reconciling items
Liaise with various stakeholders on matters regarding Cash Bonus of the entities being overseen. Stakeholders include local and global Compensation Controllers, Legal Entity Controllers, Internal and External Auditors
Drive continuous improvement of the process and controls in partnership with the Innovation working group
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in quality assurance for accounting, finance or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
