Specific Job title/Position:Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / SPM Compensation & Benefits

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree
• Willing to workFULLY ONSITE in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Amenable to work on aany shift assigned: most likely night shift
• At least8 years of Compensation and benefits experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation practices.
• hands-on experience in stakeholder management
• Experience inBPO or multinational environment preferred.
• Stronganalytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
