Specific Job title/Position: Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / SPM Compensation & Benefits

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree
• Willing to work FULLY ONSITE in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Amenable to work on a any shift assigned: most likely night shift
• At least 8 years of Compensation and benefits experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation practices.
• hands-on experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in BPO or multinational environment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
