About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles, and guidelines.
  • Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department, and company initiatives and goals.
  • Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Creates and conducts training on CNB matters based on established procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR.
  • With knowledge in labor laws.
