With at least 2 years solid background in handling timekeeping, payroll, compensation & benefits processing like HMO & Government Loans & Benefits

Payroll Processing & Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, including tracking time, attendance, overtime, and ensuring accurate data entry for salary changes.
Employee Support & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding employment conditions, pay, and benefits, providing clear and consistent information.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including employee personal data, salary history, and benefits enrollment.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with the local laws and regulations. They also assist with annual compensation reviews and salary benchmarking.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the on-site induction for new hires regarding benefits and assist with final pay and benefits termination procedures.
