Job Description

Provide first aid and emergency response for employees, contractors, and clients.
Assess (triage) sick team members and monitor those with ongoing conditions (e.g., hypertension).
Dispense over-the-counter medication after proper assessment.
Assist the Company Doctor with minor procedures and coordinate consultations (telemedicine and on-site).
Maintain and secure medical records, consultation forms, and health documentation.
Manage clinic operations, including cleanliness, supplies, and equipment.
Document workplace health/safety incidents and support reporting requirements (e.g., WAIR to DOLE).
Coordinate and administer health programs such as Annual Physical Exams (APE) and vaccinations.
Handle HMO and insurance processes, including enrollment, updates, renewals, and billing coordination.
Support broader health and safety initiatives, ensure confidentiality, and assist in company wellness and EMS activities
