Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to employees.
- Administer first aid and immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees.
- Manage occupational health clinic operations and maintain medical records.
- Schedule and coordinate annual physical examinations and medical surveillance programs.
- Administer drug testing programs and support a drug-free workplace.
- Maintain inventory of medicines, first aid supplies, and clinic equipment.
- Prepare purchase requests for medical supplies and equipment.
- Participate in plant inspections, Gemba walks, and hazard identification activities.
- Conduct health education, wellness campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Support emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response.
- Prepare reports required by management and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and service providers.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
- Support Annual Safety and Health Program (ASHP) implementation.
- Maintain health records and statutory reports.
- Assist during audits and regulatory inspections.
