Company Nurse to serve as the backbone of our employees health and wellness. This isn't just a clinical role—it's an opportunity to be a wellness advocate within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate and retail setting.
What You Will Do
- Primary Care & Emergency Response: Administer immediate nursing care and first aid to employees in cases of illness or injury.
- Health Program Management: Lead wellness initiatives, including annual physical exams (APE), vaccination drives, and health seminars to keep our workforce thriving.
- Benefits Administration: Facilitate and process health-related benefits such as HMO enrollments, Sickness Notifications (SSS), and EC claims.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date health records for all personnel.
- Clinic Inventory: Oversee the procurement and management of medicines and medical supplies, ensuring the clinic is always mission-ready.
- Compliance: Ensure the company remains compliant with DOLE and OSH standards regarding workplace health and safety.
What We Are Looking For
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is a significant advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting (Fresh graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome to apply!).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—you are the person employees turn to in times of need.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks with precision.
