Company Nurse

Job Description:

• Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses of employees in an efficient and professional manner.
• Manage, guide and direct all referrals to healthcare providers and services.
• Schedule employees for Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Annual Physical Exam and the executives for their Annual Executive check-up.
• Assess healthcare needs, implement and manage health programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain records and employees medical files.
• Check and validate sickness and maternity notifications and endorse them to SSS for confirmation.
• Compute and finalize SSS sickness and maternity payment and ensure correctness of the data.
• Process employees HMO and Insurance and assist them on their claims and related concerns
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Safety Officer

• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements are implemented.
• Work with Admin Team in ensuring that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported.
• Ensure full and accurate health and safety training records are maintained.
• Provide regular reports to HR Manager on relevant health and safety activities.
• Spearhead health and safety committee which includes employees from different departments.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse
• With at least 2 years of experience
• Certification for OSH for Nurses and First Aid will be an advantage
• Patient management, Occupational health, and safety
• Good communication skills, patient handling, first aid
• Able to handle different types of people across the organization, able to handle emergencies and sensitive information
• With ONAP Certificate
• Can start ASAP and willing to wok in BGC TAGUIG
