Key responsibilities include maintaining confidential employee health records, coordinating referrals to hospitals and external providers, managing medical supplies, conducting health risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and acting a liaison with management and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first Aid and emergency treatment for workplace injuries or illness.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
- Conduct health assessments and physicals to monitor employee health and identify potential health risks.
- Develop and implement health educations programs, workshops, and health awareness to promote wellness.
- Assess the need for further treatment and coordinate referrals to hospitals or external health care providers when necessary.
- Evaluate the work environment to identify health hazards and plan intervention programs.
- Implement programs and initiatives to prevent work related injuries and illness.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular health checks and monitor high-risk, pregnant and senior citizen employees as needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records for all employees.
- Coordinate health screenings, immunization programs, and wellness initiatives with the HR team or EHS team.
- Serve as a point person for coordinating with external healthcare providers, insurance companies, and HMOs.
- Manages the companys first aid and clinic's equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and available when needed.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with valid PRC License ID
