About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to join our team and help maintain the health and well-being of our employees. This role is essential in providing immediate medical assistance, managing health and safety programs, and fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and respond to workplace medical emergencies.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
- Conduct health assessments and provide preventive care advice.
- Collaborate with HR and Safety teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Manage work-related injuries and facilitate return-to-work processes.
- Serve as a resource for health-related information and assist with medical appointments.
- Conduct health and safety training and participate in company drills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and a valid nursing license.
- Experience as a nurse, preferably in occupational health or a similar role.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
- Proficient in first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Willingness to work on a flexible, rotating schedule.
