This is a full-time position for a Company Nurse based on-site in Tayug. Responsibilities include providing medical care and first aid to employees as needed, maintaining workplace health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. The role also involves promoting health and wellness initiatives, maintaining health records, and assisting in other administrative and human resources-related tasks as necessary.

• Valid nursing license and a degree in Nursing
• Strong skills in first aid, emergency response, and basic healthcare
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, occupational health practices, and health-related compliance regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support wellness programs and educate employees
• Organizational and administrative abilities, including maintaining systematic health records
• Experience in an industrial or corporate setting is an advantage
