Company Nurse /HR Clerk

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuera for a Company Nurse/HR Clerk. The role includes providing healthcare assistance to employees, managing first-aid treatments, monitoring workplace health and safety, and maintaining employees health records. Additional responsibilities involve supporting human resources tasks such as organizing employee benefits, maintaining HR documentation, and assisting in recruitment processes.

• Healthcare skills such as first-aid application, monitoring workplace health standards, and basic medical assistance
• Human Resources competencies in managing employee records, benefits coordination, and supporting recruitment processes
• Organizational and administrative abilities in maintaining documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards employees health and well-being
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification is required
• Proficiency in office applications and software is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage
