Description
- Provide nursing care to employees and respond to their health concerns.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor employee health programs.
- Manage and document employee medical records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices in the workplace.
- Coordinate with external medical facilities for employee referrals and medical care.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in first aid and emergency response
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
