JOB SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Company Nurse and play a key role in promoting health, wellness, and safety across the organization. In this role, you will provide essential first aid and medical assistance, assess and manage employee health risks, and champion programs that strengthen employee well-being.
You will also lead the development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives, ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive workplace for all team members. As a trusted health partner, you will maintain accurate health records, communicate effectively with management, and help create a culture that prioritizes wellness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement Occupational Health & Safety programs and provide first aid, medical care, and emergency treatment when needed
- Address employees health concerns promptly and professionally
- Evaluates the result of applicants Pre-employment Medical Evaluation and provide the status of the evaluation to the Recruitment team
- Oversee Annual Physical Exams (APE) and Executive Check-Ups (ECU), including scheduling, coordination, and results tracking.
- Track APE/ECU results and securely manage records
- Attends to medical cases requiring emergency hospital care or treatment
- Lead health and wellness initiatives, conduct regular health checks, and maintain confidential employee medical records
- Manages the enrollment and renewal of the HMO of Team Members as well as the management of the list of covered Team Members.
- Develop and roll out engaging health and wellness programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be Registered Nurse
- Completed BOSH Training and preferably other Occupational Health Certifications
- Possess excellent knowledge and skills in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace
- Ability to assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly
- With experience in a corporate or industrial setting
- Must be willing to work in Taguig and QC
