Responsibilities

• Maintaining of 5S standard in clinic
• Filing and archiving of medical records, safe keeping of confidential medical records
• Assisting company physician in reviewing of pre-employment medical result and annual physical exam (APE)
• Inventory and monitoring of medicines, clinic tools and equipment
• Generation, deployment and review of health-related SOPs & program
• Ensure site compliance to all applicable Health and Safety standards and legal/regulatory requirements
• Support development and review of occupational-health related SOPs, work instructions to meet customer specific requirements for a healthy and safe work environment for workers
• Assess and ensure compliance of the work environment condition to the requirements for the healthy and safe work environment for workers.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
• Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and information management systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and occupational health and safety standards
