Responsibilities
- Maintaining of 5S standard in clinic
- Filing and archiving of medical records, safe keeping of confidential medical records
- Assisting company physician in reviewing of pre-employment medical result and annual physical exam (APE)
- Inventory and monitoring of medicines, clinic tools and equipment
- Generation, deployment and review of health-related SOPs & program
- Ensure site compliance to all applicable Health and Safety standards and legal/regulatory requirements
- Support development and review of occupational-health related SOPs, work instructions to meet customer specific requirements for a healthy and safe work environment for workers
- Assess and ensure compliance of the work environment condition to the requirements for the healthy and safe work environment for workers.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and information management systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and occupational health and safety standards
