Job Description

Responsibilities:

Initiate, plan and lead the quarterly health and wellness programs of Azeus
Provide basic healthcare services/first aid treatment
Daily health monitoring and update of sick employees
Liase with the health and insurance provider for any concerns on services and reimbursement claims
Conducts daily office routine inspection to ensure minimum to zero occupational risks/hazards
Does home visits to sick employees, as the need arises
Checks and validates medical certificates
Maintains employee health records
Facilitates the Annual Medical Exam (AME) and recommends appropriate interventions
Ensures DOLE, OSH and DOH compliance
Purchase and inventory of medical equipment and medicines
Submits accurate monthly, quarterly and annual health & safety reports & analysis
Assists in HR & Admin functions and/or in any tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
At least one (1) year experience as a company nurse with valid professional license
First Aid & OHNAP-BOSH Training an advantage
For contractual employment; full onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
