Provide first aid treatment, administer medications, and conduct health assessments for employees.
Perform IV therapy procedures, including insertion, monitoring, and discontinuation of intravenous lines in accordance with company protocols and applicable nursing standards.
Coordinate referrals and hospital transfers for cases beyond the clinics capacity.
Maintain and update confidential employee medical files and clinic inventory.
Follow up on laboratory results, fit-to-work certificates, and medical clearances.
Occupational Safety and Health
Promote preventive health and wellness programs through safety campaigns and seminars.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential health and safety risks.
Monitor workplace sanitation, employee grooming, and compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with HR and the Safety Officer to implement occupational health and safety initiatives.
Ensure compliance with DOLE and other occupational health and safety regulations.
Front Desk and Administrative Support
Greet and welcome visitors/guests; assist them and route to the correct person or department.
Maintain reception area and front office environment keep clean, organized, and visitor-ready.
Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks: filing, data entry, recordkeeping, document processing, photocopying/scanning as needed.
