Summary
- Responsible for transport-related duties;
- administers transportation of staff and conveying materials, equipment, office
- supplies including documents of the organization to the areas where they are
- required.
Qualifications
- At least college level
- With a professional drivers license
- 3 5 years experience as a company driver
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle driving rules and regulations.
- No recent moving or driving violations.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
- Willing to submit to background checks and drug testing and provide employment recommendations.
- Possesses a valid Philippine drivers license (2,4)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar in different route in NCR and other area around the Philippines.
- Can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Exemplifies customer service skills

Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for transport related duties.
- Studies possible alternate routes or traffic diversions.
- Supports admin to liaise documents and other departments, if needed.
- Keeps records on travel logs, including details such as areas, duration, and work hours.
- Ensures that the car is well maintained and clean at all times.
- Carries out routine inspections to identify electrical and mechanical problems.
- Monitors vehicle condition and make recommendation for minor repair.
- Keeps receipts of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Reports any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
- Assists maintenance and reception, if needed.
