Company Driver

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation support for executives, employees, and company-related activities. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, good knowledge of Metro Manila routes, and proper care of company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for executives, employees, and authorized company personnel.
• Drive company vehicles for official business, meetings, site visits, errands, and other company-related activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness, proper condition, and regular maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of documents, materials, or other company items when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other required documentation.
• Observe all traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with executives, employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other driving-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• With a valid professional driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• With relevant experience as a company, executive, family, or corporate driver is preferred.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes, traffic conditions, and major business districts.
• Good driving record and strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, courteous, and professional.
• Physically fit and capable of handling basic vehicle-related tasks.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion, particularly when assigned to executives.
• Willing to work onsite in San Juan City, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:36pm, with flexibility for overtime or extended hours when required.
• Willing to perform errands and travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas as needed.
