Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any vehicle issues for repair.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, both inside and outside, to present a professional image.
Load, unload, and secure cargo or passengers following proper handling and safety procedures.
Assist with administrative tasks such as picking up office supplies or packages when required.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients to coordinate transportation activities and address delays or issues.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license appropriate for the vehicle type.
Clean driving record and proven experience as a driver or company driver.
Knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and GPS or navigation apps.
Professional and polite demeanor with strong organizational and time management skills.
