JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the safe operation and proper maintenance of company vehicles, while representing the company professionally in dealings with both internal and external customers. Perform minor vehicle repairs as needed and ensure the safety and security of company guests and visitors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vehicle Safety, Operation, and Transport Services
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections to ensure roadworthiness and proper operating condition.
- Safely transport company executives, employees, guests, and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Monitor trip efficiency and ensure compliance with assigned schedules and routes.
- Record trip-related details such as mileage, fuel consumption, itinerary, and passenger information during waiting time.
Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
- Conduct routine vehicle check-ups and ensure preventive maintenance is performed regularly.
- Facilitate and coordinate regular vehicle servicing with accredited service providers.
- Perform minor vehicle repairs as needed and report major issues for immediate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned vehicles and promptly report any abnormalities, damages, incidents, or accidents to the HRA Supervisor.
Vehicle Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration for assigned vehicle/s, including company vehicles assigned to executives and managers.
- Manage vehicle-related documentation such as registrations, village stickers, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and proper monitoring.
- Assist in the processing of motor insurance claims, when necessary.
Cost Control and Expense Monitoring
- Monitor and properly track driver-related expenses including fuel consumption, RFID usage, and other vehicle-related costs.
- Ensure accurate monitoring and control of trip-related expenses to support cost efficiency.
Vehicle Care
- Maintain the cleanliness, proper upkeep, and overall condition of assigned service vehicles at all times.
- Ensure vehicles are kept in safe, presentable, and operational condition for daily use.
Administrative and Utility Support
- Provide support to Messengers by transporting them to banks and other designated locations for the delivery and collection of documents as required.
- Perform utility and messenger-related duties as needed to support overall office operations.
Compliance, Safety, and Environmental Programs
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), security rules, code of conduct, good housekeeping practices, and environmental regulations.
- Support and participate in the implementation of the Alsons Conservation Program.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the HRA Supervisor from time to time.
QUALIFICATION GUIDE:
EDUCATION : High School graduate
LICENSURE : Professional Driver's License
EXPERIENCE:
- With at least five (5) years of professional driving experience.
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of vehicle operations and road safety standards
- Strong defensive driving skills, including maintaining a safe following distance
- Ability to recognize and interpret road signs and traffic signals
- Good knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and local city routes
- Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes safely and efficiently
- Proficient in using navigation tools, maps, and basic computer applications
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Polite, courteous, and professional disposition
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy goods when necessary
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of passengers identities and conversations
