We're looking for proactive and people-oriented interns to join our team. This role is at the frontlines of our community-supporting user engagement, gathering user insights, and helping identify opportunities to drive growth.
What you'll do:
- Engage with users through chats, calls, and in-app interactions
- Promote and facilitate user-facing activities
- Understand user behavior and needs
- Build relationships with users across different backgrounds
- Observe and flag trends, issues, and micro-opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the team to translate user insights into actionable ideas
What we're looking for:
- Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds
- Good comprehension and speaking skills
- Observant, curious, and proactive in asking questions
- Willing to take initiative and support team goals
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
- Open to any course, but experience in community work, sales, or orgs is a plus
- Must have a personal smartphone and laptop
- Amenable to flexible schedules, including occasional weekends or holidays
