We're looking for highly driven, people-oriented individuals to join our Community Operations team. This role is at the frontlines of our community-working directly with users to understand behavior, build relationships, and identify opportunities to drive growth.
What you'll do:
- Engage with users daily through in app hangouts, chats, or calls
- Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior
- Build genuine relationships across a diverse user base
- Spot opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization
- Act as the voice of the user by sharing actionable insights with internal teams
What we're looking for:
- Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset
- High level of empathy and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds
- Clear and logical communication skills (spoken and written, any language)
- Observant and proactive-able to identify patterns and opportunities on the ground
- Willingness to hustle and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old
- Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience
- Must have a personal smartphone and laptop
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Tech savvy. Familiarity with google workspace and the kumu app is a plus.
- Willing to report to our Makati office at least once per quarter
