Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a key member of the community team for the Educator Programs, dedicated to supporting educators and communities with genuine care. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, delivering thoughtful and responsive technical support, and fostering strong partnerships with schools and educational stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that every educator is equipped and empowered to succeed throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the seamless roll out of the program, ensuring its purpose of addressing educators and schools needs is clearly communicated and effectively implemented.
  • Facilitate the on-boarding and orientation of assigned teachers, promoting understanding and engagement with the program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content, platform readiness, and data systems that support adoption and impact tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers and key stakeholders to ensure sustained participation and program quality.
  • Monitor engagement and collect data to evaluate progress, ensuring timely validation, analysis, and reporting of insights.
  • Address teacher and stakeholder concerns promptly, providing thoughtful and data-informed solutions.
  • Prepare concise progress and impact reports, highlighting both outcomes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation to ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth program operations.

ob Requirements:

The right candidate is a dependable and resourceful team player with a strong commitment to supporting educators and improving learning outcomes. They manage multiple responsibilities with excellence and uphold a spirit of service and collaboration in all tasks.

Educational Background:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Statistics, Data Science, Development Studies, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with DepEd policies and recent education reform reports (e.g., EDCOM II) is an advantage

Professional Expertise:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an account, customer, or beneficiary management role
  • Preferably with experience in data management, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) — including data gathering, processing, and analysis to inform program performance and decision-making
  • Experience in an education-related environment is an advantage
  • A good understanding of the customer or beneficiary journey
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Very proficient in MS Office and comfortable using technology for reporting and coordination
