Job Title: Community Manager / Social Media Coordinator (Full-Time) Hours 8am to 4.30pm US EST Monday to Friday
Overview
We're looking for a creative, community-obsessed social media coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves engaging with customers across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who's TikTok-savvy, highly organized, and excited to support day-to-day social execution.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the community quickly and thoughtfully across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Drive a TikTok-first content approach: edit short-form videos using native tools (cuts, text overlays, trend-based formats)
- Assist with filming and creating UGC-style, on-brand TikTok content
- Support daily social operations: posting, scheduling, moderation, and content organization
- Assist in building content calendars and executing campaign rollouts, with emphasis on TikTok-led initiatives
- Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, saves, comments, video views)
- Support product launches, promotions, and giveaways across social platforms
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and community guidelines
- Organize and tag content assets, including UGC and creator content
- Use Canva, CapCut, and TikTok-native tools to support creative needs
- Communicate effectively across departments to relay insights, feedback, and community sentiment
- Manage and engage with our social media community on weekends, monitoring channels and responding to comments and messages.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media culture and trends, especially on TikTok
- Confident with short-form video editing and basic content production
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively relay key information to the appropriate departments.
