POSITION SUMMARY

At Digital Disruptors, community isn't just about followers, it's about connection, storytelling, and creating a digital space people want to return to.

We're looking for a Community Manager to take the lead on a new social media account, shaping its voice, tone, and community identity. You'll manage its channels, nurture engagement, and craft content that feels authentic, relevant, and on-brand. You'll work across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, creating conversations that matter and amplifying voices that align with the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & MANAGEMENT
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations, always in a voice that feels personal, warm, and aligned with the brand identity.
  • Encourage user-generated content, community participation, and audience-led storytelling.
  • Explore and interact with accounts that resonate with the brand's target niche to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and analytics teams to ensure social efforts drive real results and business growth.

CONTENT STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT
  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms, aligning creative output with campaign objectives.
  • Work with designers, writers, and creators to produce high-quality visuals and copy that resonate with audience preferences.
  • Monitor social and cultural trends, adapting strategies and content formats to keep engagement strong and relevant.
  • Review content performance data and use insights to optimize future posts and campaigns.

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with creative, strategy, and project management teams.
  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns, platform innovations, and audience engagement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of experience in community management or social media management.
  • Proven success in managing brand accounts and building online communities.
  • Experience creating or managing social media for preschools, Montessori programs, or early learning environments is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and engagement dynamics.
  • Experience with scheduling, analytics, and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools (for ideation, captions, or trend tracking) is a strong advantage.
