About the Role

Alorica is seeking an experienced Communications Trainer / Language Trainer to join our Cebu site. This role is responsible for delivering communication and language training to support agent performance and customer experience in a BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in BPO operations and proven experience coaching communication skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and language training programs for BPO employees
  • Coach agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, and customer interaction
  • Develop and deliver training materials, activities, and assessments
  • Provide individual and group coaching based on performance needs
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to support business goals

Requirements

  • Experience as a Communications Trainer, Language Trainer, or similar role
  • Previous experience in a BPO / call center environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation abilities
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu
  • Open to day and night shift schedules
