Job Description
The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and implementing communication materials that support the organization's strategic and commercial initiatives. He/She ensures that these messages are delivered effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
Build relationships and coordinate with internal teams to craft clear messaging for announcements, initiatives and other key updates.
Internal And External Communications
Creating messaging templates, briefings and/or presentations for various stakeholders to ensure consistency in communications
Drafting and sending out email cascades to external stakeholders (3rd Party Service Providers) related to BAU changes, rates, incentives and initiatives
Drafting and sending out email cascades to internal stakeholders related to wage changes (and other information that relates to managing 3rd Party Service Providers)
Maintaining a cascade calendar and monitoring tracker to ensure communications request process are within SLAs from request to completion
Maintaining and updating the external Service Provider Directory (per mile)
Requirements
Educational Background & Certifications Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or any related field.
Experience Requirement
1-2 years experience in related foelds
Knowledge And Skills
Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role (typically 1-2 years).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
