Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Superior in the conceptualization, implementation and monitoring of internal communication strategies and policies which includes printed or on-line publications and employee engagement initiatives. It is also tasked to help build, maintain and protect the corporate image within the organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with all business units for gathering of information or other materials (i.e. articles, photos) required in accomplishing internal publications.
  • Solicits and coordinates with operating units and other divisions for required information.
  • Coordinates with internal and external suppliers for design and layout of internal publications and other collateral (Birthday cards, posters, etc.).
  • Coordinates with the Administrative Assistant for the delivery schedules of all corporate publications.
  • Assists the Superior in managing all requirements for corporate activities.
  • Assists the Superior in conceptualizing and developing activities to promote and enhance employee engagements of the Company.
  • Assists the Superior in planning and implementing the approved projects/programs.
  • Ensures proper implementation and monitoring of all corporate events and employee engagements. (Christmas Party, Halloween Party, Birthday or Special Masses, and other Special Corporate Events)
  • Oversees the actual conduct of employee activities/ engagements.
  • Monitors and reviews the department budget, purchases, and expenditures.
  • Develops, designs, and writes materials for internal publications, in conjunction with, and aligned to other information channels of the Company.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, or any related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or Marketing Services.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, event planning, or publication writing, preferably within a corporate or organizational environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and external suppliers.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all communications and materials.
  • Willing to be assigned to Makati.
