Communications Associate

If so, you might be interested in our communications associate role!

The Communications Associate will help accelerate the environmental conservation mission and vision of Masungi Georeserve Foundation through creative, effective and meaningful content, campaigns, events, and partnerships. We like original, thoughtful and values-oriented approach to communications.

If you are someone who has a passion for the environment, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, who is committed towards innovation and progress in the travel and conservation field, who has leadership abilities and the drive to achieve big goals and shape sustainability in the Philippines and in the world, then this may be the role for you!

Sample tasks:

• Creating, distributing and managing content through social media channels, newsletters, media releases, and other channels to promote advocacies and drive visitation
• Documenting wildlife, landscapes, portraits, and events through photo/video
• Produce educational, information and visual materials to further the campaigns of the organization targeted to local communities, stakeholders, policy-makers and decision-makers
• Manage media relations
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the trustees

Note: The role is based in the georeserve in Baras, Rizal (1.5 hours from the city) with standard reporting days from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Shared staff quarters are available on-site.
