Help our team speak with confidence! We're hiring a Communications Trainer with expertise in voice and accent training.

Position: Communications Trainer

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City / Eastwood, Quezon City

Set-up: 100% Work onsite

Qualifications:

  • Amenable to Work onsite at our Bridgetowne/Eastwood Site
  • At least 5 years of Training experience; 2-3 years as a Communications Coach/Trainer.
  • Experience with training tools and methods to assess and improve communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Job Description:

  • Conduct voice and accent training sessions to improve agents spoken English, pronunciation, tone, and clarity.
  • Provide regular one-on-one and group coaching to ensure agents can effectively communicate with international clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate live or recorded calls, providing constructive feedback to agents.
  • Conduct role-playing and mock calls to simulate real customer interactions for practice.
  • Identify areas for improvement and customize training programs to meet individual and team needs.
  • Collaborate with other training teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall company training goals.
  • Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
