JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

Provides communications (Newsletter, All Employee meetings, Recognition Program, etc) support to Xerox Sales Operations.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Communications - publishes weekly newsletter, manages AV components for All-Hands Comms call slide deck development, production, videos, replays, etc. and drafts miscellaneous comms
  • Creative assets graphic design work for slide decks, e-mails including video creation for comms calls and recognition
  • Recognition Programs - Identification of program winners, e-mail comms, and payment requests maintains tracker
  • Training creates quarterly training plan and matrix by role and has supported training calls in a comms capacity
  • Marketing primarily focused on Lead closures has provided event project management support in the past to the Field Marketing Leader

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment
  • 5 year prior Marketing and Communications experience
