Role Description

This is a Commission Sales Associate role in the field of construction.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new construction projects, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will collaborate with the team to identify and pursue sales opportunities while maintaining communication with clients throughout the sales process.

This is a commission-based role and on-demand setup. Flexibility and freedom to work is our priority.

Qualifications

• Sales expertise, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of the construction industry, including processes, trends, and client needs
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage clients and deliver pitches
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
• Experience in a commission-based sales role is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems, is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is preferred, but not required if there is equivalent experience
