Role Description

Manila Core is looking for a results-focused Sales Manager to support B2B growth in the US and Australian markets.

You will be responsible for finding clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals for our creative and technical services. This role is focused on real outcomes—bringing in new business and building long-term client relationships.

Sales agents may be assigned to either the US or Australia region, and you will also be provided with leads to contact, in addition to your own prospecting efforts.

What You Will Do

  • Reach out to potential business clients (both assigned leads and self-sourced)
  • Conduct simple discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Present clear and practical service solutions
  • Manage your leads from first contact to closing
  • Build trust and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project handover

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Flexible working hours — work on your own schedule
  • Must align availability when dealing with US or AU clients
  • Weekly online catch-up meetings for updates and support
  • Bi-weekly in-person meeting at the BGC office

Compensation

  • Commission-based only
  • Earnings are tied to successfully closed deals
  • No cap - income depends on performance. The more the better!

Referral & Commission Terms (Summary)

  • Commission is earned for clients who successfully sign and pay for services
  • May include ongoing commission for repeat or long-term clients
  • Payments are processed monthly after the billing cycle
  • No commission for leads that do not convert and existing or previously contacted clients
  • All referrals and client information must be accurate and legitimate
  • Professional and ethical conduct is required at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills essential for building relationships and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales and experience identifying and closing B2B opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools preferred.
  • Experience in Training individuals or teams is an asset.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented approach with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with creative or tech solutions is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
