Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant, based in Cebu with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Assistant will provide administrative support, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist in organizing meetings and events. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, maintaining documentation, conducting research, and supporting other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in communication tools and software, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and prepare accurate reports
- Basic knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or similar applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in customer service or HR support is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
