Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveQuality Assurance Manager to ensure that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead QA operations, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the QA team in daily quality control activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and materials.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with Production, Operations, and other departments to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Train and coach team members on QA standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- At least3 years of QA experiencewith supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity withSAP or ERP systems
- Willing to work inMeycauayan, Bulacan, or relocate if currently outside the area.
